Yeah, I would ask for pictures. You already know what an authentic INGS+1 looks like: It's black and has printed INGS+1 on it. Having them painting it before you even get a fitment is also a no-no. Like the other poster said, the "authentic 'ings'" would have been a huge red flag. If he takes pictures and it does indeed have INGS+1 printed in yellow, then if it isn't real, you can demand a refund.

Don't go thru with this tranaction............!

Unless your dealing with a noted dealer in our
country don't buy anything on ebay. Pictures won't
help because if he's going to scam you he probably
has those available. You can't lose if you deal with
people like everything g35 or one of the other
company's on our site.....better to be safe rather
than pregnut...........haha

Yeah, did you already pay for it?

If not, take the negative feedback and move on with your life. Imho. gl.

Well, the seller sent me some pics. Here they are. Should I ask to see the INGS+1 logo up close? Do these pictures help clarify things?

I bought my wife a designer bag off ebay. I emailed the seller who guaranteed it was authentic. I charged it and thought that was it. The next day I had second thoughts and this time I called the seller. Over the phone he admitted the stuff he had was the very best top quality FAKES. He told me Louis Viutton does not allow their stuff to find it's way to the blackmarket and I should have known that, he thought I knew they were fakes. I cancelled. He told me I would get banned from ebay. I said, who the heck cares.

The worst that's going to happen if you back out of the sale is that the seller will leave negative feedback. One negative feedback is not going to get you banned from e-bay. Unless the seller can prove to you these are authentic parts, then IMO you're better off taking the negative feedback than blowing $500+ on counterfeit crap parts.

So the seller says that he "can't find" the INGS label on the spoiler. I guess he's pretty much admitting he has a knock-off.

Do you see how rough that concrete is? He would run the risk of scratching that kit if it was real!

I had the authentic ings spoiler from bulletproof and I can tell u that it doesn't have any logo embedded in the spoiler but it does come with Ings catalog, double sided tape and hardware. As for everything else like fenders, skirts, and etc.. , it does come with a logo and serial number.

Buy from ebay if you are smart and have the time to investigate. High end things i look for a seller who seems like a person just parting ways with some goods.

The person who bought a LV bag. If the seller says the style is too old for me know and i don't want it anymore and they don't sell everyday on e-bay i'd be more inclined to buy from them. Same if someone said i have some used rims/kit/etc but i don't like the style anymore so i'm selling. That does not throw immediate flags up.

If someone has access to 10's or 100's of an item, where the hell does a normal person get that stuff. Deals can be had, but be careful
