I took my car in for 7500 mile service and I've now noticed that I have a chipped spoke on my front wheel... I haven't had the chance to call them yet but I'm pissed!!!!! Just needed to vent!

 

That's funny, same thing happened to me! They also backed in to something and bent up my license plate, but no body damage. I also just finished re-washing my car, since their "courtesy washer" did a pretty bad job.

Dealer said to bring it in to repair.. So I took it in, and now the wheels look worst than before.. Some of the chips that I found weren't even repaired and there is a big black spot on one of the whels.. WTF!!! Do they not realize that they are working on premium vehicles and thus should take more care. I called this morning to speak with someone about it, the service advisor said that he would have the manager call me back. After about 2 and 1'2 hours I called them back because I had not heared from them, the manager was there but was not available to speak with me..
too busy"... TOO BUSY TO ADDRESS A PROBLEM THAT HIS STAFF CREATED???? OMG!!! So OK I'll wait for him to call back.. It's been almost 6 hours and no phone call... I'm so ticked right now... Just let them send me that stupid customer service survey.. Oh and I WILL call Infiniti about this!

Does anyone want to know the dealer name? If there is no prompt return call I will start name dropping!
