Side Mirror BROKE!!!! Anyone same problem???

Side Mirror BROKE!!!! Anyone same problem???
I was cleaning the plastic on the driver side mirror, flipping the mirror back and forth. Then I kind of flossed the towel to get that last little spot with flipping the mirror back and SNAP!!!

It broke at the base of the door but it just cracked hasn't come off completely.

Has anyone had problem with these things. I've had the car 3 years now and wasn't doing anything outside the norm.

I'm taking it in tomorrow. If they don't fix it I'll bitch and throw up pictures. Denounce the car, and buy a lexus!
