First of all, know your car.
A stock G35 6MT coupe could possibly take on an S2000 ... an auto cant. Either way, stock for stock, its a drivers race.
And second, how the hell do you expect to beat him when you are stock and he has done so much (mods) to his car?

A stock S2000 redlines at 7200 and hits the rev limiter at 8600! With a Hondata Reflash and some cams you can probably go to 11,000 safely! I know with the RSX-S this is easily obtainable so I'm sure the same goes for the S2000. I got raped by an S2000 from a dig in my 02 Type-S and I was heavily modded compared to his AEM CAI and his HKS Exhaust. In my defense his RWD helped and so did his LSD.

Yes the car does have 8000rpm red line and hits rev limiter 8200rpm. Why is it so ammusing?
