How could s2000 beat me?
As an owner of an S2K I can tell you all, they are light weight, that makes up for their lack of Torque. Once past 5,500 RPM and Stock S2K stands up and takes off. As long as the driver can stay in Vtec after the shift, it will walk away from a G35. G's are heavy and depending on they year, only have 40hp more. I've beat G's in it before, and all I have on it is a Drop in K&N.
Hybrid i believe ur accounter with G35s but A friend of mine had 2005 s2k (rob_g35 from this forum), and we would do roll runs in different speeds. 40-80 was 1 cl I won. We have done numerous runs at different speeds and making sure he was on Vtec rpm range. And everytime I would pull on him eventually. He is a very good driver so am i. I would love to prove this to anyone in CA. We once did a 60-130 run i pulled abou 2 cls on him. Maybe its just my car but these were the accounters that i had.

the first models they made...i believe 01 or 02 w/e year it was redlined at something crazy like 10...then the newer models were lowered down a little bit.
s2gay FTW!!!
they cut back the redline so that they'll have a little more torque. Most s2000 hates the "lesser one" They even call the higher rev s2000 the true S2000 LOL
anyways, a really good friend of mine owns both S2000(2001) and 350Z(2003)
his brother would drive the Z and he would race the S2k multiple times. The S2k beats it all the time.
I think its a drivers race. But all drivers equal - S2k has the edge.
This time on circuit AND drag. S2K is a performance bred car. silk smooth tranny, great suspension, lightweight etc etc.

nice car setup. I'll try to get the same thing
You guys are all wrong. G35 IS the fastest! because it looks the fastest and awesomest of all with that slick line. And its true name is the SKYLINE. which is a legendary car. There's no way we can lose to a HONDA or HYUNDAI or SUBARU or NEON....
NOT!!!

I used to have a 2003 honda accord coup v6 6speed. from a dead stop if they didn't dump the clutch at 6k i'd beat 'em up to about 3rd gear. fro ma 60-70mph roll I'd lose by about 1-2 car lengths. they're not as fast as you think but they handle like sex. stock for stock I think my G could take one on the highway.

The S2K isn't that light! it's freaking 2835 lbs which isn't that light for a car. the G is significantly heavier though so the s2k may seem lighter than you think. the S2K stock is quicker to 100 but you should be able to squeak by in the 1/4 mile. However, you have no chance stock against a modded S2K like the one this guy raced.
