Finally got it! few questions to ask...

Hello Everyone,

I finally got my G! 2005 graphite 6spd. will be posting pics either later today or tomorrow.

I had a few questions, i already have plans for the exterior, but i am looking for a few customizations interior-wise. I have the premium pckg, but no Navi. Is there a way i can install the factory navi? if not, is there a good aftermarket addition without removing the factory radio?

also, im looking to add more of the aluminum trim. know wheres a good place?

and last but not least... i would like to do some nice blue interior lighting, WITHOUT making it look riced out... what would you reccomend?

thanks everyone for your help.

p.s. - please dont tell me "search". im asking for recommendations aka opinions, not facts. Thank you.

installing oem navi is a PITA from what ive read. just get the z1 screw the factory HU

how blue do you want your lights to be? do you want blue or white with a hint of blue?

try superbrightleds.com

To add the factory nav to a non nav you have to get a new wiring harness. So it's not really economical to do that. I'd go with aftermarket double din. Much cooler imo.

Check out velocity leds ebay store for leds. i say go with white instead of blue. sometimes the white will have a hint of blue but not too much.

i don't know how you're going to add more aluminum trim. is there a dask kit i'm not aware of that you are planning on getting? I say keep it simple and leave it as is.

Congrats. I pick up my 2005 Laser Red 6MT Coupe (everything but Nav) in an hour and a half. I can hardly wait.

reason i want to put LED's is because I would like to register my car in HIN.

So far i added following upgrades:

Volk Racing 19" rims staggered
Stillen exhaust
Stillen CAI
JDM Skyline walker panels
Skyline rear emblem
Nissan rear emlem
350GT rear emblem
Nissan front grill

i am so far happy with the looks, so id like to do some interior designs to keep it nice and clean.
