automatic

does anyone know if there is a single turbo made for the coupe automatic??

yeah the Turbonetics Single turbo kit, make sure to ask for the kit that is specifically made for the auto. b/c you have to send them your ECU and they have to program your shift points for the tranny... Hope this helped... Peace!

thanks a bunch, but i have one more question. Would you still be able to use a blow off valve if you put a turbo on an automatic?

i want the turbo for the power, but i consider the blow off valve sound as an extra for spending 8000 dollars on a turbo/intercooler, and yah i like tha sound if that's what your asking

From what I read you would only hear it when you let off the gas. You wont hear it when its shifting cause your not letting off the gas.
Get that VB upgrade though

Valve body upgrade for your tranny.

The car will blow off when ever you have boost built up and let off the gas.

what if i got a twin turbo, 150 shot of nos, new cams, fuel injectors, fuel pump and a complete borla exhaust system. would the stock rear end be able to handle that much torque?

LOL.... You rear end would prolly handle it BUT your Pistons and rods would most likely NOT... I would HIGHLY suggest building your motor before attempting the turbo and a 150 shot.
