Great, yet another rim and offset question

As if people aren't tired enough on this issue.

This is the first time I've ever had to purchase new rims for a car, and I'm confused as hell when it comes to making sure I pick out a proper set. So, I'm hoping that people on this board might be able to help me out.

I was able to get a line up on some 17's to get my winter setup on my coupe, however there's concerns that the rims may not clear the brakes. I picked up a set of FRD 80's at a Nissan dealership here in Calgary. The folks at the dealership said that the offset should match and that they should clear my brakes (06 Coupe, sport package). However, when I matched them up to my car at home, the offset seams to look off.

To make matters worse, a search on the next seems to turn up no information in regards to the offset or anything on the rims that I've got. Maybe I suck at teh internets and just can't seem to track down the info I need.

I'd just like to find out if anyone else has ever had a set or heard of a set of these working for the coupe. I don't have the access right now to just toss on the rim to make sure it clears the brakes, and the dealership said I could only return them if they aren't mounted on to tires.

Hope some of you offset/tire guru's might be able to help me out.
