Yes, were Brembos gone after '04.....I think so.
Not everyone likes that exhaust, but most do. It's one of the G's most distinguishing features IMHO....I love it....I can hear a coupe coming from a long way away. (and always turn to see it.)

The vibration is typical but not too intrusive, imo....what you might expect from a performance ride.
So again, not a big factor imo.....

Overall, it was a good review, but one we've heard many times in the past.

I think they were referring the engine vibration and engine sound at high rpm range. To that I have to agree with them somewhat, the VQ35DE is a strong and buff engine, but it comes off as being unrefined after 4000rpm or so. I'll rev the heck out of a S2000 or RX8 anyday because they are butter smooth. I try to take it easy on the G as revving the VQ feels like the engine might blow up on you.

Test Drive the 2007 G35 Sedan it feels alot smoother. Engine doesn't feel like its gonna blow up... my coupe sounds like its gonna blow up everytime i go above 4k rpm lol.

the S2000 has a much better engine management system on it so of course it will feel more stable. The RX8 may seem smoother, but it is much easier to blow up then ours. Plus it has a hell of a lot less power, so I has a much easier time with the whole "smoothness" factor.

I love the exhaust note. When you hear that sound you know it's either a 350, coupe or FX35. Most of the sedan guys would pay a fortune for that sound.
