I have a 2004 midnight blue coupe w/29000, sunroof, automatic, 6 disc factory changer. 20X10 R and 20X9 F axis mods, Flaken tires. That I replace less then 300 miles ago. Also just replace brake pads less then 300 miles ago. No real damage just bug marks and rock chips on front. I also have factory wheels and tire w/ less then 200 miles.

do a kelly blue book, it depends if ur looking for retail/trade-in value

i would say privately 24-25k...

I say go to the dealership and have them price it for trade. Next go to kbb asnd put your info in. Next go to ebay and find a car similiar to yours. Next go to autotrader or cars.com.
