lemon??

Just wanted to know if anyone on this forum has experienced the lemon law?
I took my car in to infinity for the same problem 2x already as of today.!! Is it true that if the same problem happens 3 or more times that the car is a lemon? Just need a little advise from those that may have any knowledge about any of this.!! Thanks in advance...

Haha I just read about this in business class. It is 3 times with the same problem but if I'm not mistaken it has to happen within a certain amount of miles. 5k maybe?

you have 12 months from purchase if it was new or less than X amount of miles. I just went through it with my range rover, they ended up with the truck back. it took 4 times for same issue and the 5th finally solidified the whole thing. I would start talking with an attorney and Document Everything!!!http://www.carlemon.com/

That is a technical bulliten not a recall. Those bullitens help to locate sometimes difficult or sometimes common problems.

As far as the Lemon Law every state is different. Some states require more than 30 days in the shop. Some require it to be a safety issue.

When they replace the hose is the noise gone for a while then comes back or did it never stop? If it stopped then returned they need to inspect the fuel pump. Too much pressure will ruin the dampner.
