Lemon Law on 2003 BMW 330i
Lemon Law on 2003 BMW 330i (new story)
Where and how do we contact the "lemon law" people? Are we required to have a lawyer for that? I am tired of bringing the bmw to fix. Any of u guys know more stuff about it? Please help me out.

My mom brought in the 330i to Weatherford BMW to fix on 9/20/06 (VSC and tail light). She went to pick it up in this morning, before she went on freeway, the tail-light died again. She drove the car back to dealership. I also went to the dealership too. Then, their technican assumed the Control Unit is the problem. Told us to bring the car back a few days later (They need to order the part). We requested to drop down the car and get a loaner until they fix the problem.
Then.... the Manager said "there is not a big problem, there is no reason to leave the car in here for a few days. Do not make a big deal out of it"
Then i was like..WTF, and said "what is that suppose to mean?!?"
Manager, "you know exactly what i mean."
I said, "why would you say something like that? You are the manager."
Manager," I am tired with you guys. Now go home. Drive the car back on Tuesday."
I got soooo pissed off, but i didn't say anything. I think it's the best way to answer him instead of get into a fight with him. Afterall, we are in BMW dealership and we want to be the nice people.
