Problem.. suggestions

I recently ordered clear black euro bumper lamps from KGSEngineering (Oct 29) and it's already November 9th and i still didnt receive them. Do you guys think is a problem with the site or with UPS? cuz it's been a while and it's standard shipping which should only take 5-7 business days, it's been like almost 10 already.. what should i do?

Do you have the tracking #. If so check it's status online at www.ups.com. It will tell you exactly where the package is. If not call the company and get the tracking # from them.

Wow.

I work for UPS, and our tracking numbers are 18 letters and numbers long.

FedEx labels are a bit shorter, about 11 characters long.

I do not know about DHL, but I would assume that their tracking numbers are longer than 4 digits.

Did you pay by credit card? Call the credit card company and put a stop on the payment, and inform them about possible fraud. they pay their people big bucks to investigate crap like this.

i only know because I got ripped off on PayPal by some ***** in Texas that promised me some parts and then ran off with my money. Never heard from the ***** again.

Yeah man it really feels awkward that they only gave me a order number of 4 digits long and no actual "tracking number". Thanks a lot for the tip and thanks for all the replies guys, I will give them a few more days and if it doesn't come still I'm gonna do what you suggested about calling Wachovia.. this is seriously rediculous, www.kgsengineering.com is a somewhat 'big' site and I can't believe they would do this to me, but you never know..

That's the tracking number within their system. Call the company and ask for the actual UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or whatever tracking number and track the package online. If they refuse to give it to you cancel your order, and get your money back.

alot of times the company enters the item for shipping in to the ups or fedex system which generates a tracking number. the status will state billing information received, but that doesn't necessarily mean that's the ship date. get the proper tracking number and hopefully that answers your question.

Many companies take their time to process the orders. They will sit on it for a few days before they ship. But, just give them a call & see what they say.
