Okay, my statement is slightly untrue, I should have said most shops won't do it because it takes too long to mask and becomes prohibitively expensive, or they don't have the skills to properly mask etc and don't want to deal with it. This has been my experience calling ~15 different powdercoating shops in my area. The only one that was willing to do it said it would cost $300 a wheel
