dang I ran into a problem, when I tried to take off my bumper, those 2 screws inside were actually the 10mm bolts, couldnt really manuever enough to even get them loose.. is there any tool that i can get to help me?

They should be bolts with philips heads on the ends, at least on the 06 they were. If not, just get a universal joint so your ratchet can swivel or remove the entire fender liner

10mm bolt w/ a phillips X in the middle of them. A thin screwdriver is alot easier in that tight space unless you have a real long extension for the 10mm.
