Ok, So I got smoked by an M3

I was driving on Parmer (Austin, TX) going west when I saw a brand spankin new BMW E46 M3. We were both rolling amongst other traffic, but I decided to move up on him, letting him know I'm behind him. Eventually, we got to a red light, I pulled into the only empty lane, with the M3 right behind me. The light turned green, I floored it. The M3 floored it as well, emerging from behind me and pulled even on my right. That's when I f'ed up on my 2nd-3rd shifting and the M3 left me in the dust.

After we both knew the race is over, we slowed down to about 60mph. I pulled next to him, looked over, he waived, I waived back, and we went our separate ways. Even if I haven't screwed up my shifting, the result might still be the same despite him having a passenger in the car! Well, I guess a stock G35 would've never had a chance against a M3, but nevertheless, you race anyways to see if you can kill Goliath right?

Oh no, someone is going to reply "The M3 really wasn't racing your", or "Why do you guys even think the G would be anywhere near the performance of the M3?" Anyway, good run, I think if you would have not missed 3rd, it would have been a dead heat.

Sorry if I confused anyone. I wasn't cutting down our fellow G driver. Obviously, an M3 should beat our cars unless we are FI. Therefore, I only won those races because the M3 drivers can't drive very well.

Yeah my brohter has an e46 ///M3 and it will kill any n/a G35. I tried numerous times from all different speeds it just takes off and makes you feel slowwwww. Only time I ever took off from him was on like a 30-40mph roll and he was in the wrong gear, lol.
