Painting a 'tow hook bumper plug' laser red

im getting the front tow plug online and it comes the factory black. i was wondering if anyone here knew how to paint it laser red? should i get it done professionally or just buy the factory paint and do it myself

get it done professionally, if your car was black, I would say you might be able to get away with it, but get it painted and cleared the right way, is shouldnt cost much

if i were to buy the bumer plug, where should i go to get it painted? dealership an option?
