So i'm walkin to my car last night and i spot a G coupe with laborghini style flip up doors with no other body mods.... so i'm just starin and i'm thinkin bout goin over to him slappin him in the face and just asking him.... WTF! where you thinkin!..... please tell me i'm not the only one who thinks this is just stupid lookin

 

Im not really fan of those either but a lot of people on this forum have them for some reason.

 

its not my taste either. i think lambo doors are for show cars only, i.e. member balla

its possible this guy did the lambo doors first and later has plans for a full kit. maybe he has plans for being a show car. who knows?

it makes people look for sure, but what doesn't do it for me is the getting in and getting out part. it doesn't open as wide as the stock hinges, and also gotta think about your passenger (girlfriend?).

thanks for all the nice words guys... i guess i can reply to this because i have them and i do agree 100% thats its only for show cars and it shouldnt be just on a stock G it doenst look good. but it also helps when you have a girl in front of the car. and to 2006_G_coupe, her name is Miss Genna. shes my gf too haha. you can check her out at missgenna.com.
i barly even use my doors but im small enough i guess to just get by them so its not really a pain, and you actually get tired of opening them after a week.

 

I installed them for 5 years and most people that have them on a daiy end up taking them off due the pain of opening them all the way up
