Supercharger = Blown Engine?
The stock motor can go up to about 400 whp (about 8-9 psi) without being built, as long as it has a good tune. With a supercharger, the boost is determined by the belt, and can't overboots, unlike a turbo system, where if you get a stuck wastegate, you can get an overboost, and blown engine.
Of course, with either turbo or SC, if you have fuel system problems, you can run lean, and blow your engine, but a conservatively tuned, low boost FI system (5-8 PSI) will run for many, many thousands of miles with no problems.
You might want to try the forced induction section of my350z.com for more information; I've got a G35, but there are many more 350Z's running FI, and there is a good bit more knowledge over there, for that specific issue.

Do you mean our VQ?
if so then
. Our engine is good to go under 400whp. Our engine is not bulletproof and it didn't come with stock turbo so it is not iron block.
