6MT coupe performance in snow/ice ?
Death Wish
To speedaholic, I am not sure how much snow you get where you live but regardless, you cannot drive unidirectional tires on snow or ice. Not slow, not carefully, not at all. Do it and you will have an accident.
I tried this once several years ago with another car and you have no control at any speed. Traction is non existent. I feel for your cash situation but driving this car on snow with the stock tires is "suicide", quite literally.

Re: Death Wish
Well my Blizzak WS-50's are unidirectional. I think you wanted to say summer, ultra high performance tires (Pilots). Totally agree.
MrEllusive good to hear, stay safe you know what kind of winter we can get here in NJ. Hope it sint as bad as last year.

Re: 6MT coupe performance in snow/ice ?
I don't want to take that chance. '03 G35 C 6MT with Brembro Wheels and tires from Wirerack is around $1600.00 with delivery end of december.
I just want to the cheapest set of (even steel) wheels so that I mount my snows.
Hey guys any help? I will even use G35 17s
