my G is vibrating!!!
well thats what the service consultant said so im not sure. if you guys have any idea on what it is then just post it up. if my car some how break down or have any more problems ill bring it back to them. thanks for the reply
If the car is 20 years old then I will understand but with our current technology I won't settle for that kind of answer from dealer, your car should be able to start and go without any problem under any weather or condition. Fight for it and let the true come out from the dealer unless you have some upgrade that you havent' tell us yet that will causing the problem.
Call infiniti corporate and ask them (without telling them about your specific problem) if their Infiniti G35 coupes stall and sputter everytime it's a bit nippy outside.
and they'll say, "no sir, of course not!" and then you tell them what's happening with your car, and tell them to fix the POS RIGHT ******* NOW GOTDANMIT!" and do it with a southern accent as you get into the yelling part. southern = scary

hhahahahhah i think im gonna go do that. that seems like a good idea. to the other guy i didnt do anything to it yet i just got it. i have the car for like three weeks now.
that sucks..especially on a new car..only problem ive had with my G is the breaks making a squeeking sound...took it to the dealer...they didnt know what was wrong with it but ever since it hasnt made any sound...and its been a long time
Nothing is stopping you from taking it to another Infiniti dealership for a 2nd opinion, right? If you don't like the answer you got from the first dealership, take it to another dealership until you're satisfied.

Hey I have a similar problem but it's only happened a few times when I'm accelerating from a stop goin up to around 35 to 40 mph. It feels almost as if i'm driving over many smooth bumps and the gear shift shakes so then I have to let go of the gas and then press it again and it's back to normal. I don't know what the problem is. It seems like I hit a little hump while accelerating and then the engine or transmission just starts bouncing. The car only has around 40k miles and I stay on point with the oil changes and use only plus shell gas.

i also have the same problem as you at the moment. or at least i think. However, to me, i feel the vibrations through my gas pedal, not my shifter. But my vibrations also come most at cruising speeds of 30-40 mph. I hate it. I'm taking it to infiniti to get it diagnosed though. I've narrowed it down to imperfect rotors, sticking calipers, wheel spindle assembly, or possibly struts. We'll see what happens.
