Does It Make You Upset That Previous To 06 There Was No Rear Active Stear?

Hey hey no need to get heated man...if you wanna stay at 65 on the highway then you are just another one of those G's I pull up to and wont even look at me to give a head nod. I bought this car to enjoy and have some spirited driving...why do ya think car manufacturers produce sports cars anyways? If they made cars to the spec of DOT then every car would be factory tuned to only 65 mph top. I enjoy being able to test the limits of a machine within my driving ability and control. And when there arent others around that I could hurt. The RAS system turns on after 12mph so you feel the difference when u are even driving around town. The active steering input changes are a big big thing no matter where you are driving. Even at 65mph 'bookin' it on the highway. You feel a lot more connected to the way the car will behave going thru a turn, and it requires a lot less effort to change lanes or move. If it wasnt for the RAS my car would have been totaled. I was driving down a main road and some clueless guy at a left turn only stoplight decided to change lanes back into the straight moving traffic. Which also happened to be the lane I was in. So without looking or signaling he decided to do this 10ft in front of my car as im traveling 45-50mph with traffic down it. So within a blink of an eye i cut the wheel to the right and half drifted around his car to prevent my front end from being railed into the side of his Land Rover. I literally felt the front fender of his car swoosh by my drivers side door as I cut around him. When i pulled the car back to straight again I slowed down to absorb what just happened. Practically no body roll....instant steering reaction...and a cut that any normal car would have spun theirs out on. Because of that the extra 700 dollar option for the RAS was worth every penny to me! So it doesnt only have to be on the track or freeways Bassholic. The system works great in everyday driving, whether speed limit or not.
