Do you have the catted version of the TN kit? If so you should pass. If not, do they do a sniffer test? If they dont dothe sniffer test, and only use the OBD II diagnostic and you have non-foulers (No check engine light) you should pass.

^ +1. as long as you dont have a CEL, all they will do is plug it in. you'll be fine.

Maryland emmissions and inspections suck! It's just as bad as California!

...whewwwww, thanks all! I don't have any "check engine" lights, and I think they'll just plug up under my dash (no sniffers), so I should be ok.

Thanks again for the info...

Now, all I need is for some "wise-a$$" Emissions Inspector to say something about me not running a front tag!!!

I wasn't running a Cat on my 300zx turbo but I was able to sneak by inspectors lol. I have friends that thought they were in trouble as well sneak by inspectors the same way i did which was by shifting into a lower gear while testing. Good luck with everything.

They don't run your car, they will only plug into your ECU

It doesn't sound like it. CA get's a sniff test on a chassis dyno along with a full visual. It doesn't matter if you can pass the sniff test. If you are running aftermarket parts that do not have a CARB EO you will fail a legitimate test. That really sucks!

Now, if you "know somebody"...
