esurance to me is one of those insurance companies you buy just to meet the lawful requirement of having an insurance....when you have it...you just hope nothing happens to you...because when it does...you'll feel hopeless...i'd just pay more for that sense of security, like all insurance should have..

LoJack has it's limitations as well. I have a co-worker who used to work with GPS systems for LoJack and basically it has the same principles as cell phones do. It sends and recieves signals via cell phone network. Once you go out of the coverage area for example out in the boonies or an area that gets no service the chances to recover your car using LoJack will be basically slim to none.

I would have to agree with Socal G, in addition to that they rip people off by increasing your payments without notifying you.

It's scary to hear your car was stolen...sounds like thieves are moving "upmarket." Sorry to see this.

I've had two cars stolen....Integra GSR (alarmed) in FFX and my Civic in Herndon. Both found stripped.

Sorry to disclose that little bit of info for those who have LoJack but it's something that you should know. I usually try not to leave my expensive personal belongings in the car. Best protection, is full coverage cause no matter what if someone really wants your car, they'll get it. I was into the whole JDM modding on my EK. It's not worth it to have to worry about your car all the time. Just park it, lock it, and walk away and let your insurance worry about the rest.

dude I pay more money on insurance then the car. I was sick and tired of nationwide so i switched over to esurance. Now I got a new policy with geico but that goes into effect on 12/21
