How to install the N1 Front Lip?
Hello, I know some people on the forum have the N1 Front lip. I recieved mine today, and it came with a bag with 2 brackets and a bunch of assorted screws and washers, but no instructions of any sort. Just curious if someone could help me out, thanks a lot!

Pretty straight forward. Put the lip on, put two screws in each end. Look underneath and you will see that the brackets attach to the center points and also attach to the bottom wind deflector. I think there may be one more location on each bottom side on the ends also. Trying to go off memory here, just follow the holes. GL.

I didn't think it was strong enough to handle bumps, shakes and the ocassional bump against a curb so I took it to a bodyshop. They took one look and agreed it needed more support. In fact, I remember a couple os guys on the site saying theirs fell after install. My bodyshop guy drilled extra holes for support and used adhesive. It's on tight.

I put mine on with the hardware included. The lip is molded so tight that it almost stays on without hardware. It's very solid with the small amount they provide, but if you want more, then do it. I did not install any adhesives either. Matter or fact, a couple of weeks after I had it I pulled too close to a curb (be careful) and popped the two screws off that hold the metal brackets on the bottom of the deflector shield. The lip still stayed on the car just fine even with those two off until I got home and put them back.
I do alot of city driving with moderately rough roads, occasional 70-80 on the freeway for a brief period, so if you are going to subject it to more wind force than what mine sees, you may want to follow reg's advice.
Anyway, GL with your install, it will look good on the car.
