i just did my 48k service, but i find that my car's steering(not very strong) virbration at the idel and low speed. i asked the dealer ,they said it is because of my flat tire. do you guys know what is the real problem. is it prossible the cold winter(-10 toronto)

At idle?
Not sure what that could be if you are not moving.
If it's at low speed, that could depend on the type of tires you are running on. They may have become "out of round" while sitting still for en extended period of time.

At idle contradicts what you're trying to say.
I agree with kahboom on the tire thing. -10 is cold and tires could have flat spots from sitting. Does it get better after driving for awhile?
If it truly vibrates at idle (not moving) then you have something else going on other than tires.

Vibration at idle could be exhaust. Also check your rpms and see if they move, cause they should be steady.
it not always happen, when when you drive around and when your turn your steering's to one side then ,the vibration start. i did see some little move for

i let the dealer check it for me again today, they said it is normal. so i don't'
