MREV2 with 1/2" spacer

on motordyneengineering.com the "Iso Thermal MREV 2" says it can be used with the 5/16" spacer. I have the 1/2" spacer, so can i use that with it? Also it says for "revup engine" i have a 06 6mt, duno if thats something to add or what, but does any1 reccomend using the Iso Thermal MREV 2?

the 06 have the rev up engine and it can be used with the 1/2 the only difference with the thermal upgrade i believe is the gaskets and the copper throttle body heater
