Thats BS it happens a lot. My boy warned me not to even go in for the 35k inspection. They charged him 500.00 basically to tell him he needed a wiper blade and one tire along with the oil change. I just brought the extended warranty because I was told once my car hits 40k I am warrantied until 60k or April of 2007. I figured pay the 1800.00 for the extended warranty and have to 100k or April of 2010, whichever comes first. You can get your oil changed wherever you want it won't void the warranty. I'd just go to the dealer though so that way if anything went wrong you've got them by the *****!

You can go to any dealer as long as you get the specs they need on the 15K miles, and the reciet you got it done. So your warranty will not be Issue in the future. go to a Regular shop it will cost you half the cost.

I was just quoted $300 for the 15,000 mile service. Then, the service mgr just laughed and asked if I just wanted an oil/filter change. That's what I'm getting later this week.

Too much

I paid $286 at my dealer and do not even think it was worth it. Buddy told me they just check fluids, oil change, change the cabin filter. You can have them do the oil change and you can buy the cabin filters from one of the sponsors here and save a ton of money. The dealer also mentioned something about adjusting the parking brake but I can't tell the difference.
