One brake pad worn more than others, should dealer warranty the caliper?

I have almost 36k miles on my Brembos, and noticed that all my pads have still about 35% left except for the rear, passanger, inside pad, which is almost gone. Considering the mileage, the problem has to be very slight. Well the dealer decided to look at the caliper, but the tech only determined that the caliper is not sticking, and even thought I gave them new rear pads, they told me there was no need to change them, but recommended I change my front pads together with rotors. So I took my car and didn't do anything.
Did this happen to anyone? I will most likely just change the rear pads myself, but I was wondering if I should persue the dealer to fix the caliper even thought they said it's not sticking. Let me know guys.

Your caliper piston are sticking. They should clean it and see if it repeats. I would get them to replace it.
