I think you got PUNKed by your ex..haha j/k. 6000K should paint some sort of color on the house near the projectot, that is the easiest way to tell. You should of installed one at a time and did a side by side comparison. 6000K from the front look pretty similar to stock until they burn it. To me the main difference is the color that it paint on the road and headlight housing. Looks like you have stock since your housing is still pure white.

arent the 12000 really dim?
i have 8000 on mine and i can barely see anything. cant really imagine 12000
