Last night a Mustang GT pulled up next to me at a stop light. He was lurching forward letting me know he was ready to rumble. The street ahead merged into one lane about 400 yards to our 12 oclock. I only have 580 miles on my baby and dealer tags are still on, I picked her up a week ago, so I was hesitant for about hmmmmm one second. I looked over at him with a little grin on my face and gave him a little lurch of my own letting him know that I accepted. I threw shifter into MM and waited for the light to turn, had my eye on the light facing the opposing traffic to get a better jump when that hit red I brought my rpm's to 2k with my foot standing on the breaks as well. light turns green we both got off the about the same time at 50 yards he was about 1/2 car length ahead I hit 2nd gear at 5k rpms and started catching quick, by 3rd I was neck and neck and started inching ahead by 200 yards. He kept up with me good, I had about 3/4 car length lead on him @ 300 yards and he had to break cuz the merge was comming up quick, I hit about 85 mph and didnt get past 4th gear. It felt good to put that Mustang in his place. I feel guilty tho pushing her like that and still being in my break in period. But it had to be done.

Hiya Sinurgy, Yup a Tucson Kill. I actually had a Mitsubishi Eclipse try to race me, but that one was not worth mentioning "hehe" and a Toyota Celica got burned by me as well. But I gotta stop this and start driving more respectfully and break her in nicely now. No more kills till I get to 1200 miles. I washed and waxed her yesterday with Zymol, I love that wax. I have not tried Zaino yet I know people swear by it but I really like what Zymol does and its so easy to apply and buff out. I even put Zymol on my windows and she is sparkling : )

Very nice kills...but...OUCH. Sometimes sacrifice had to be done... During my break in period I was driving like an old man ignoring everyone on the street tried not to exceed 4000rpm. Nowadays...I accept anyone who wanna mess wit me. Just killed a 330Ci recently. There will be more coming up in the near future [img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img]
