Test drove the 350Z Track last nite.

Went by the Nissan dealership last nite to talk to a friend of mine, about the deal that she is trying to get me on the G35 coupe. Well it was ok, quick and rough as far a ride goes. It felt aggressive but controlable. The shifter was pretty rough. It felt like was pulling a stick through a bucket of pebbles. After talking to the sales rep. she said that it takes 4000 mile to break that clutch in. Seems pretty long but she said after it's broken in it's smooth as butter. Hopefully the G is like that as well. After driving it I felt like I could use the space ot the G alittle better. I can't compare the power because I've only been able to drive the A/T. I was able to spin the wheels and keep it under control pretty easy. Over all handling was nice, acceralation was lovely, and over all power was good. Truly, when a turbo or S/C comes out, this car will be a straight beast on the street. The G should be as well but, how long will they make us wait to see that day. Over all if you want a sports car and don't want to spend alot of money I would say get the basic model for $26K and mod it to death. You figure for the $10K more that you pay for the track, get either the turbo, s/c or the Nismo 450 hp motor and do some real damage on the street an tracks. Well with all this being said, I still have to have my "BLACK/WILLOW" 6M/T, G35 COUPE w/ everything but Nav.
Also this track had the nav. and it was pretty nice but, it didn't look as good as nice G the way is was hidden in the dash. The nav is the same as the G's but i like the way that the nav. goes down into the dash.
