it wouldnt have mattered to me, but it would have been an alternate option, a better option for me would have been going for the legacy gt.

The design changes usually hurts re-sale on most cars, but STi's have held their value really well regardless.
thats why we are keeping the B9

Yeah I wouldn't want to trade the STI for just an STI limited, I'd get the new G35 sedan those things are lovely!

I've driven my buddy's STi for a bit, we trade car often.. The STi is sweet.. it pulls HARD from a stop.. The gears are soo much shorter in that thing.. Definately a beast.

The G was a bit more roomy and had its moments.. but damn.. I mean I have a turbo'd G and an STi is just sooo crazy fast (his is modded also). Plus I'd be able to use it to go snowboarding!@#!

I say get at least an 06 or higher if you can. It has all the modern things that the older G's are trying to upgrade to. And unless you MUST HAVE the Brembo brakes.. I'd get the 06+. Plus they have more power.

Oh and just wait until you get the staggard fitment rims and we'll see what "joe shmo's" will rev at you now.. haha

If you're on a budged then 05 will give you the same power/wheels and interior has been upgraded.

If you want to keep it "around what you owe," which is $24K, you'll have to get an '04 like mine. I got it a few months ago with all options except navi with 12K miles with 6 speed for $25K
