I have 18's, i want my car to sit real nice on 'em. I would like it to be as low as possible but still be practical, should i get a camber set or just get tien s-techs? Money isnt that big of an issue(within reason) so which set will give me best performance with highest aesthetic appeal? Thanks

tanabe df210's but youll definitely want a camber kit
judging from your question, you sound a lil confused. youll need a camber kit to fix the negative camber after lowering your car.
or maybe i just misunderstood your question. if that's the case, then my bad.

yeah....definitely confused, thought camber kit was just a better (and more expensive) way to modify the suspension. Any one have suggestions on the best combination that keeps a relatively smooth ride (im no grandma) and improved performance?
well since you say money isnt an issue (within reason
)
tein basics would be a good choice
or if you're looking to get springs only...i'd go with the s techs or df210's...however, i'd also get some spacers...
just my two cents

You may be thinking of coilovers, not camber. That is the best way to lower your car and improve your performance. Tein CS coilovers maintain a smooth ride while also slightly improving performance.Originally Posted by noth1ng

exactly, coilovers! wow they are proud of those tein CS's coilovers, 1k plus...any other suggestions that won't kill my whole budget (2400)?
tein basics
tein flex sounds like itll be too rough for what youre looking for

i just found the tein basics, reasonable price...will that lower my car an inch or more? Thats the main purpose.
yep
i think you can go as low as -1.6" in the front and -1.4" in the rear
