Exclamation slip and vdc light are on for no reason

Two days ago my slip and vdc light came on for no reason . I tried to do a ecu reset but that didn't do anything, anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it thanks

Thanks a hero..but my car has around 24k miles so if it is my pads or brake fluid then how much will that cost? Isn't my car still under warrenty.
