I'm guessing he didn't write you a fix-it ticket right? If that's the case, isn't it better than hasseling with the courts?

He did write me a fix it ticket. So not only did I have to peel it off right there, I have to pay 30 something for the ticket .

i had the full overlays. i'm pretty much a smart *** when it comes to cops giving fix-it tickets (give long *** explanations telling them why the parts are legel, heck, thats why i make a living off selling parts to people). but damn, this cop would not budge, i even pulled the "they are dot approved, and with the combination of the led's, they still emit enough light to pass all laws." he laughed and gave me the ticket. oh well, they were nice while they lasted. i guess its one bad thing about living in cali, too many effin restrictions.

the cop was doing you a favor.... imo.... or he works secretly with the seller and wants you to buy another one.

use a blow dryer at med. to high heat...go from corner...start peeling slowly try to get the whole side...like from left corner then pull it slowly then grab more and more...always keep heat on it though...very important...it will help make the vinyl come off easier
