well considering most clutches come with their specific throw out bearing it would be foolish not to use the new one

The throw out bearing is the weakest link in a clutch assembly. They usually dry out, which in turn gives you that spinning/whinning sound when you disengage the clutch.....

If you plan on replacing any component in the bell housing, its best you always replace the throw out bearing....its an inexpensive part, and you should invest in a good brand name/quality bearing assembly...

just my $.02

Good luck

Do the bearing while you have it apart, or you'll end up replacing it later on!

Don't sit at a traffic light with the clutch disengaged (your foot on the pedal ) and the car in gear. This will help the life of the release bearing immensely.

Depending on the mileage of the car, I might take the flywheel off and replace the rear main seal too and maybe even the input shaft seal on the transmission.

Good luck!

well I bought my JWT from Intense Mototrsports and they said throwout bearings don't always come with the clutch fly combo, and intense doesn't sell after market ones,

so does anyone know where I can buy an aftermarket throwout bearing via the web ???

Replace it! Because you don't want to pay $300-$400 worth of labor AGAIN to get a $50 part replaced.
