im getting a 07 coupe soon and i dont really know much about the intelligent key? what is it? what does it do? im buying automatic and i heard that if u buy automatic the car starts by itself with the push of a button on the remote? is this true?

Intelligent key lets you get in the car without pushing anything on the remote, just push a button on the door handle. also lets you start the car without inserting the key into the ignition. Im pretty sure though that you cannot start the car from the remote, its not the same as an autostarter.

 

With the 07 coupe, and the intellikey package, you never have to take the key out of your pocket, but you do have to turn the actual key slot, but you dont have to insert a key

The new 07 sedan, is full push-button start. Infiniti cheaped out on the coupe

 

key in pocket or purse..push start on g-sedans ,altimas/// turn lock cyl. on g-coupes,maxima,versa,murano and drive.....
