Definately worth it. Shifts are much crisper and each gate is more defined. It definately takes that notchiness out of shifting. I put one in my 06 and didn't notice the shorter shift too much but the other attributes definately makes it worth it.

Speaking of short shifters....

My friend just mentioned yesterday that I should get a short shifter and I did realize that the stock shifter on the 05's is quite a long distance and wouldnt mind having a short shifter.

Will the re ss fit on the 05 coupes?

I have the stillen & I like it alot. Def. worth the mod. your dealer can only deny a warranty claim on the transmission if they can prove the failed part was a result of the short shifter. thats true for any mod.

Hey Rphillips6487
Did you also replace the control socket or re-used the OEM 1?

I'm finally looking to install mine but noticed the part #'s have changed
for the 05-06 >>> 32870AC800
And there on back order..damit man

Now I'm thinking maybe I'll re-use the OEM , HMMMMM

FYI, I know you can just reuse what we got but I also understand
they "may" crack as a result of it
