p0132 oxygen sensor

Question, does anyone know what P0132 Front O2 Sensor, Bank 1 Rich Shift Monitoring error code be caused by. I changed the oxygen sensors but still get this issue.

Local infiniti specialist says that ecu needs to be replaced.

Quick history. Bought a rebuild car(not the smartest thing) and now have this issue. The car is an 05 AT. The ecu I found out is from an 03. Would that cause any issues?

What about 87 octane gas would that affect it also?

Thank you in advance

do you have an 05 6mt? if so, you have a revup engine whereas the ecu from the 03 you have is for a nonrevup (whether or not the 03 is 5at or 6mt). i'm assuming that would be the problem (but idk...hah)
