Trunk water

I use my trunk daily. It it has rained, the trunk gets wet from water leaking in when I open the hood. I think it may have something to do with the spoiler. Has anyone else had this problem?

I park my car outside two nights a week and on those two nights it just always happens to rain. Whenever I open my trunk after it has rained, the water falls from the trunk lid onto a special place and flows down the sides. The water should be falling onto the inner parts around the trunk lid where there are those rubber seals and sort of like "drainage slides". Basically, water should NOT be getting into the cargo area !!
