Looks like NO 08 coupe for me

Well It looks like 08 Coupe is not the car I'll be getting.
If new coupe will come out somewhere in September-November I'll owe 23k for my coupe. And probably have somewhere around 60k mile on it. Being a smart person that I am I know I will not be able to get that kind of money for it, but who knows maybe I'll fine somebody that would want to get my car for that much.

So if that is the case, and I'll end up being stuck with my 05................Let the insane moding begin!!!!

Deff boost it or charge it, exhaust, bunch off diff improvements in suspension, and much much more.

So all you gurus outhere get ready to answer a serious amount of questions.

I'm kinda starting leaning towards this idea, and liking it more then 08 coupe.
After that sketch came out I was not too impressed with it, more like disappointed.
On the first gen coupe when Infiniti said that they are targeting middle age single women with a car, they only took it as far as putting a tampon in the first aid kit. On 08 coupe it looks like they took it much much further.

So any of you guys are in similar situation?
What are you planing to do if 08 coupe is not what you expected?
Will it be diff car, or will you dump more money into coupe you got?

Who knows mabe there was a good reason for you not being able to get it. I wanted to trade my 04 in for an 07 but I figured I'd wait because yhe prices are going to drop eventually.

Personally I think that 05 is the best model out of all so far.
I don't like the interior of the previous models and not feeling all the extra crap they put on 06 and up. But 05 is just perfect in my opinion. I'm very glad that I'll be stuck with that.

Stop clogging up long term planning with common sense...

08 Coupe - believe none of what you read and half of what you see and maybe you'll be close when the finished product hits showrooms.

What looks 'gay' to you today may look entirely different when reality comes to town.

I have an 05 and love it. Looking at some of the shots of the 07, I like it more. Until I sit in one, however, I won't draw a conclusion.

Enjoy modding the 05 - you can definitely do worse!

Sounds like a plan, Joker! I've thought about the same thing... only time will tell I guess.. I'm not making ANY decisions until the NYIAS show and the Coupe is unveiled.

If we end up doing it, lets go to the same shop and maybe get a discount for the labor and such.
