thats what I thought about it being some dude who steals your car, sorry to pass on a car theft to someone. Personally I think CAI is not worht it for the location on our cars. Theres so much dust and dirt on the road that flies right onto the fliter through the bumper, plus hydrolock chances, why run a heat shield!
