PROBLEMS so far ive had to fix in my 03 6spd coupe (70,000 miles)... and i bought it 1 month ago... all engine sensors, battery, new tires.......and hopefully thats it for a while..

 

We have updated results for the G35 and G37 to include owner experiences through June 30, 2010. Other sources of car reliability information won't cover the more recent months until the summer or even fall of next year.

Repair frequencies, in terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year:

2008: insufficient responses

2006: 56, about average

2005: 60, about average

2004: 39, better than average

2003: 78, about average

We have two additional statistics, "Nada-odds" and "Lemon-odds," to indicate the percentage of cars with no repairs in the past year and those that required 3+ trips to the repair shop.

The percentage with no repairs is about 54 for the 2003, 77 for the 2004, and 72 for the 2006, while the percentage of lemons is less than one for all three years.

I have an 07. I can say ive taken my Front tires changed out because it wears out from the inside out. No engine problema ive had.

 

I have a 2003 Coupe and the only issues I have had in 4 years is passenger window not working properly and the cam sensors failed on a long trip onetime. Good luck!

To revive an old thread...

Got my G Cpe 6mt back in Sept of 2003:

Items repaired under warranty:
A/C system - entire system replaced after 6mo with it under warranty.
BOSE stereo replaced once under warranty


Wear and Tear Replacements:
Window motor - on 4th driver's side only.
Clutch Arm - broke
Clutch
Belts
On 3rd battery
Shocks/Struts
Brembo Rotors (Original ones held up until 2011) even with heavy usage and occasional track usage.
Only thing still annoying me that I've yet to fix is the fuel gauge issue...

Have used only NGK Iridium plugs, Mobil 1 / Motul / Redline fluids for the car.

I'm on 183,000 mi and she still runs strong; I'd say I'm very happy with the reliability so far.
