another tint ticket..
ok...well i was originally pulled over for inproper use of lane..so then the trooper said "rollyour window up" so i did she didnt have a tint meter,so she said "im writing you up for illegal tints" she didnt even use a meter to see how dark the tints were..shes "assuming" their illegal even though i know they are! =c)) how do you think that would hold up in court, her assuming i have illegal tints without using a tint meter..

No meter no proof. When you get to interogate the officer just ask the her two questions which is 1.Did you use a tint meter? 2.Well if you didn't use the meter how can you assume that the tint is illegal? How is an assumption proof with out accuracy?

you know your tint is illegal when you paid cash for it, so even though she (cop) did not use a meter, you know she was right...these cops are not that stupid guys..i'm sure you are not the first person to ger a tint ticket from her...
Do you think you're the first one with an illegal tint? Can't you "guesstimate" how much tint other cars have? She probably did the same thing and is hoping that you will just plead guilty and not fight it.
If you try to fight it, the court will want proof that you have legal tint. You said "another tint ticket," so I'm assuming it's not your first ticket where you live. With that said, I say change the tint.
You can then a) suck it up and plead guilty or b) change he tint before fighting it in court. It's up to your conscious.
