When you take it to court, they'll use the meter on your car and determine whether or not its illegal. Youre busted. Just have it removed, get it signed off, get it re-tinted. Or better yet, get to know a cop that'll sign you off. That works well too

Best of luck bro

I hope you're kidding on this. Wouldn't it be cheaper to pay the fine than send a lawyer? As for the use of a meter, the court may see or determine the officer an expert on the subject of tinted windows based on years of experience and number of citations issued for the same violation. Good Luck.

Hey dude, are you being forced to pay a fine or remove your tint? If it’s a just fine then I think your sitting pretty good right about now because when your in court they will probably want to look at your car. Or just go to that guy’s friend who’s a cop. Lol that’s baller.

AND THE FIRST COUPLE PEOPLE ON THE FIRST PAGE! I don’t know how old you guys are but honestly it’s anything to avoid to ticket. The man just wanted to know if he had any options why give him heat. I mean if there is nothing for him to do then obviously he’ll pay the fine.

Her experience will own you. She'll respond that she's looked at and cited 10,000 punks with illegal tint in the last eleven days, the judge will chuckle and side with her, and you'll have to get a pair of vise grips to get the law book out of your colon.

My uncle is a boston detective, and he told me that they don't need to use a meter for a ticket like this. I can't remember exactly what he said, but it was something like if you have your window up, and they can't see you (at all/good/good enough I forget exact words) then they can give you a ticket. And I'm thinking with limo tint that would be pretty damn obvious and fall under this. So I think your best bet is to just pay it.
