3.91 Final Drive VS UR Lightweight Flywheel - which one should I get?

So here is the dilemma I am trying to decide between two mods, either a 3.91 final drive, or a UR lightweight flywheel. I know they both have their strengths and weaknesses but I was wondering if anyone that has either of these mods has any suggestions/comments.

Basically I drive 90+% in the city so all I really want to do is increase the
0-60/lower end throttle response of the car. I know that I’m not going to get huge differences with either of these mods but like I said I’m just looking for a little more punch from the lower end.

So far on my 04 6mt coupe, I have Stillen exhaust, Crawford plenum, UR pulleys, and Stillen CAI.

I’ve read tons of post on each mod with either good or so-so reviews so now I’m a little confused on which direction to go. Any help would be much appreciated.

I put 4.30s on my old mach 1.
Gear Whine is the worst. Sometimes unbearable.
I dont know how bad 3.90 whatevs are, but if the lightweight flywheel will get comparable gains, I say go that route.

I'm a big fan of the lighter flywheel. Your car will appear to be more responsive.

Well I see both options as imcomplete. If you are doing a flywheel you should get a decent clutch, the stock one sucks. And if you are changing your r&p you should get a clutch type diff because viscous also really sucks. Maybe save up another $500 for a clutch or $800 for a diff.

Thanks for the replies, I am leaning towards getting the clutch/flywheel (meant to put clutch/flywheel in the original post). I’m not too concerned with the extra noise I may get from the flywheel, I just really want that extra punch. I’m still considering the 3.91 final drive but the fact that I will lose the cruise control is kind of steering me away.

As far as the flywheels go I was pretty set on going with a UR, however I talked to guy at Stillen who told me he could sell me their flywheel (14.25 lbs) with either a ACT, or Centerforce clutch combo for $651(ACT), or $729(Centerforce).

I talked to guy from UR who told me that he can sell me the UR flywheel for $657 and their clutch for $902, or $1,550 for both. No real discount here so I will probably just buy the flywheel and go elsewhere for the clutch.

I have read where the UR is probably the best one to get, however is it really worth the price difference when compared with the one that Stillen is offering?

Anyone with either of these your thoughts are welcomed, I don’t mind paying extra for the UR flywheel I just don’t want to make a bad decision.
