About MD 5/16" Spacer

I am planing to get 5/16" MD spacer by this week.
But I have a few question to you guys.
I was searching all this club, but I could find right answers for these.

Is there a huge diff between basic MD 5/16" Spacer and ISO Thermal MD 5/16" Spacer??
Is ISO Thermal one is way much better than basic one?
If it's not, I am probably just getting basic one intead of ISO Thermal.

And second Question, I am currently living in NY. The question is Do I really need to get copper one?? I know it is freaking cold up here, but I think copper one is way much expensive than normal one. Is copper one really valuable?

Please help me out. I need you guys' help. Thanks!!

Sorry to bothering you guys.

this should answer the plenum spacer question:
http://www.g35parts.com/9083/osc/specials.php

as for your second question.. it depends.. I put my car away for the winter so I got a Iso Thermal 5/16 plenum spacer
if you frive in the winter, than i dont think youll be in trouble if you dont get copper, but I think itll help you out if you do have it
