Help huge problem with rim and lugs

okay so my tire had a nail in it last week so i got it fixed and put it back on a few days ago and while driving today i notice a weird lumping noise and i stop the car and me and my friend look at the rim and notice 2 of the lugs are missing so we take a lug off the other wheel so each have four on until we go buy some and then we notice while trying to put the lug on the actual metal thing u screw it onto fully fell off on both of them, I have no idea what couldve caused that and im wondering if anyone knows will my warranty cover it.

Your the problem................

So you reinstalled the wheel/tire after the shop fixed your flat......you over
tightened the lugs and snapped them off? Now you can take your car back
where you had the flat fixed and ask them to replace the lugs.....remember
snug will never break anything! Ask the tire shop to use a torq wrench when
installing your wheels.......always!
