You want to stay in lower gears in the snow so you use your brakes less, just get better a manipulating the gas pedal in a lower gear

I cant imagine drivin the g in this type of weather with summer tires..Glad you were okay man but do yourself a favor and invest in that winter setup. Judging from peoples past experiences..this car is straight up dangerous w/ summer package and any winter percipitation.

i'll try to put 16" on and if it does not fit i'll buy a set of winter tires this week.
I doubt that we going to get any more snow though but just it case.

225/40 R18 & 265/35 R18

I wonder if these will fit the factory 18" rims?
Will 265 be too wide for the 18"?

not gonna lie..my blizzak lm-22's treated me alright today..i was driving in the storm we got in central NY cuz i go to school up here..there was about 14 inches of snow on my car at 3:00 and on the ground, i dug myself out and drove 30 miles to ithaca, it wasn't too bad..just drove very conservatively

are you trying to put 265/35/18 snow tires on your stock rims? BAD IDEA! Narrower is better when it comes to snow tire

way too wide for snow/ice get as narrow as you can. Try to get some cheap 17 inch wheels so you dont have to keep going to the shop to have tires switched.

lol i hear u i park at the police station it was plowed i had a lil patch of ice behin my car about as wide as my car and goin back about 5' i couldnt get out after 10 minutes i walked hometo gat a shovel so i could get out
